VAT

EU: Since July 1, 2021, VAT has been levied on all goods imported into the EU, regardless of the value of the goods. For shipments with a goods value of up to EUR 150, this can be collected from the end customer either at the time of sale (by accessing the new Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) or by the customs declarant (FedEx). We must send with the customs declaration CN 22.

We ship with Post CH. Shipping usually takes 1-3 days after receipt of payment. For delays of a shipment we take no responsibility. Deliveries abroad can take longer. The respective shipping method can be selected before dispatching the order in your shopping basket. Local pick up in Emmenbrücke/Switzerland near Lucerne (upon prior agreement)
