Offer & Prices: All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). The information on the products listed on www.camporesi-records.ch and the prices are without guarantee.
Orders: Orders can only be placed by automatic online ordering system (shopping cart). By submitting the order you enter into a purchase contract with camporesi-records. This is only revocable by mutual consent. A minimum order value does not exist. After processing an order, you will receive an e-mail purchase confirmation.
Delivery method: All postal items are sent by Swiss Post. In case of loss of parcel, please contact Swiss Post with a request for inquiry.
Delivery times: Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. Shipping costs: All deliveries are subject to postage. For packaging and freight, individual shipping costs will be charged for each order.
Terms of delivery in general: All information is provided without warranty. Failure to comply with the delivery deadlines by recordsale.ch does not entitle you to terminate the contract or to further claims. No limiting date conditions of the customer are accepted. The later arrival of the goods does not entitle to refuse acceptance. In case of packet loss, recordsale.ch is not liable. Returns: Returns must be discussed in advance with camporesi-records
Payments: All customers of camporesi-records receive the ordered goods only against advance payment. You can process the payment of your order via e-banking.

Retention of title: The goods remain property of camporesi-records until full payment receipt.
Liability: camporesi-records disclaims all liability for damages caused. Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Lucerne. The Swiss Post is liable for damages incurred during transport.
Validity & Recognition: These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between camporesi-records based in Kriens and their private customers. They can only be accepted or rejected as a whole. Anyone who enters into a sales contract with recordsale.ch accepts these terms and conditions expressly by clicking on the corresponding button. Without this confirmation, an order is technically not possible. With an orderplacment the terms and conditions of camporesi-records are automatically and fully recognized.
