Orders:
Orders can only be placed via the automatic online ordering system (shopping cart). By submitting the order, you enter into a purchase contract with camporesi-records . This can only be revoked by mutual agreement. There is no minimum order value. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed.
Delivery method:
All parcels are posted by Swiss Post. If you lose a parcel, please contact Swiss Post with a request for an investigation.
Delivery time:
Orders are delivered within 1-3 days.
Delivery costs: All deliveries are subject to postage. Individual shipping costs are charged for packaging and freight for each order.
General terms of delivery:
All information is without guarantee. Non-compliance with delivery deadlines by camporesi-records does not entitle you to cancel the contract or to make further claims. No restrictive deadline conditions of the customer will be accepted. The late arrival of the goods does not entitle the customer to refuse acceptance. camporesi-records is not liable for lost parcels. Retention of title:
The goods shall remain the property of camporesi-records.

camporesi-records accepts no liability for damage caused by improper handling. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne. Swiss Post is liable for any damage caused during transportation.
Validity & Recognition:
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between camporesi-records, based in Kriens, and its private customers. They can only be accepted or rejected as a whole. Anyone who enters into a purchase contract with camporesi-records expressly accepts these GTC by clicking on the corresponding button. Without this confirmation, an order is technically not possible. By placing an order, the GTC of camporesi-records are automatically and fully accepted.
